New Enrolments
Click HERE to sign in to your My Family Lounge account and then click 'Register'
Enrolments are completed via the online My Family Lounge portal.
To add a recurring booking, please select 'Request Booking' and select the days you require. This will generate your request on our waitlist, and we shall get in touch with you when a space is available.
Your enrolment form MUST be completed before your request can be confirmed on our system. You can check if your Enrolment form is completed by seeing the button 'View Enrolment' next to your child's name.
If this is not the case, please select the enrolment and complete the online form.
Please do not request a booking if your child is not starting school in the following year. These requests will be deleted from the waitlist.
New Enrolments for next year will happen around the end of October. Please keep an eye on your emails for further information.
Casual Enrolments
Casual Bookings are available for parents who have registered on the Quikkids My Family Lounge.
If you are stuck at any point, send us an email or give us a call!
Current Enrolments
If you have a current booking with us and would like to make changes to this booking, please log into your My Family Lounge and 'Edit' your most current booking. This will generate a waitlist request and we shall get into contact with you shortly.
Please see the guide below if you are unsure how to process this change.
Please be aware that ALL changes to bookings have a 2-week notification period.
Re-Enrolments
Re-enrolments for current families will generally take place in October. You will be notified of this via email. It is essential that waiting list requests are made online and that all contact details are kept up to date and correct as your offer will arrive by email.
